1. Introduction

Tegribas Global Limited (“Tegribas”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Kryptflow mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.

By using Kryptflow, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Information we collect

Account information

When you register, we collect your email address and a hashed password. We do not store plain-text passwords.

Binance API credentials

To execute trades on your behalf, you provide a Binance API key and secret. These are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and are never shared with third parties. We use them solely to interact with Binance on your instruction.

Trading activity

We log trade signals, executed orders, and performance metrics associated with your account. This data is used to display your trading history and improve signal quality.

Device and usage data

We collect device identifiers, push notification tokens, app version, and crash reports to maintain service reliability and send you trade alerts.

3. How we use your information

• To authenticate you and secure your account
• To execute automated trading strategies on Binance on your behalf
• To send push notifications for trade signals and position updates
• To display your trading history, performance, and statistics
• To diagnose errors and improve the reliability of the Service
• To comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers.

4. Third-party services

The Service integrates with the following third-party platforms:

• Binance — your API keys are used to place and manage trades. Subject to Binance's own privacy policy.
• Firebase (Google) — used for push notification delivery. Firebase may collect device identifiers as described in Google's privacy policy.
• Anthropic Claude API — trade signals are validated using AI. Signal data (price, indicators, proposed direction) is sent to Anthropic's API. No personally identifiable information is included in these requests.

5. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on secured servers. Binance API credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256. We use HTTPS for all data in transit. Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel only.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we implement industry-standard safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal information and API credentials are permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymised trading performance data may be retained for analytics purposes.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time by deleting your account

8. Children's privacy

Kryptflow is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
